Return Policy


You can cancel your order for custom PCBs before they are reviewed or produced. If you cancel the order, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been produced or shipped, we cannot cancel the order.



Since our PCBs are custom-made based on your design gerber file, if we deviate from your specifications or the quality does not meet IPC standards or your requirements, you can return the product for a refund. You have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

We will only charge you for shipping costs once (including returns), and there will be no restocking fee for returning a product.



Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.


Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven't received the refund, please contact us at [email protected].
