Can I change or cancel my order?

  1. If payment for the order has not yet been made, you can cancel the order directly in the shopping cart.

  2. If payment for the order was unsuccessful (the order is in All Orders in My Orders), you can click "Return to Cart" to put the order back in the shopping cart, and then follow the first step.

  3. If payment for the order was successful and you need to change the order, please contact customer service immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but please keep in mind:
  • For standard PCB orders, changes can only be made within 2 hours of order placement if production has not yet started.
  • For complex PCB orders, changes may not be possible once the order is placed.
  • Any change requests are subject to review and confirmation by our engineers.

To cancel your order, you must make the request within 2 hours of order placement and only before production begins. Please contact customer service right away to make a cancellation request.

Cancellation requests approved before production will be fully refunded. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply.
