I cannot find an order in my account

To check your order, please log in to "My Orders." If you cannot find your order in the list, please check the following:

  1. Make sure you have searched under the shopping cart and all orders menus.
  2. Check if you have accidentally deleted your order. If you have deleted it, it will not be visible.
  3. Verify that you are using the correct account on CyberPCB. Log in to the account where you placed the order.
  4. If your order was placed a long time ago, for example, three years ago, the system may not display it. In such cases, please contact customer service for further assistance and processing.
