I cannot find an order in my account
To check your order, please log in to "My Orders." If you cannot find your order in the list, please check the following:
- Make sure you have searched under the shopping cart and all orders menus.
- Check if you have accidentally deleted your order. If you have deleted it, it will not be visible.
- Verify that you are using the correct account on CyberPCB. Log in to the account where you placed the order.
- If your order was placed a long time ago, for example, three years ago, the system may not display it. In such cases, please contact customer service for further assistance and processing.
