Sales Representative / After Sales is not responding to me. What should I do?

It may be due to the anti-spam mail system playing a role, where the email is blocked or sent to spam. Please proactively send us feedback if you encounter this issue.

  1. If they have not responded within a reasonable time frame and your inquiry is related to an order, you can:

a. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

b. Open a dispute.

  1. If you are not satisfied with an order or it has not arrived, you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Please make sure to do this within the Buyer Protection period.
